tablet presses, the FE35 does, in fact, share many of the
key innovative features first brought to market in 2011
with the release of the larger FE55. With its exemplary
output-to-footprint ratio, new filling cone, plug-and-
play components and highly intuitive 19-inch terminal,
the FE35 is, and looks, like nothing engineered before.

Continuous Processing Technology
GEA ConsiGma™ continuous
processing technology leads the
way to a risk based approach
and lean manufacturing. Process
know-how and control on a
micro-scale results in guaranteed quality, avoiding end of
line testing and allowing for parametric product release. Full
flexibility in batch size enables you to produce your products to meet demand, producing exactly the quantity you
need, while reducing your expensive clean room space to
a minimum. The operating principle allows you to explore
the design space of the process within days instead of weeks,
thereby reducing development time and cost significantly.

Compact CIP System
During Interphex 2014, Sani-Matic will feature its patented
ULTRAFLOW 45, a self-contained, portable and compact
Clean-in-Place (CIP) system designed specifically for
pharmaceutical plants with limited floor space, limited
water and drain utilities, and for plants without permanent supply and return lines. The high-turbulence flow
rate eliminates cross-contamination, allows for self-cleaning as it progresses through the cycle, and removes
solution buildup in the surge tank. It meets cGMP and
ASME-BPE standards. Representatives will also discuss the
TABLETWASH designed to clean parts specific to tableting
production machines and the iBCWASH cabinet washer
for IBCs, tablet bins, totes and other items that contain
hazardous and non-hazardous compounds.
