The PIRANHA grounding clamp is designed to eliminate
such fire and explosion risks. The corrosion resistant
clamp, which features stainless steel teeth set in a point-on-point configuration, is Factory Mutual (FM) approved.
Factory Mutual approvals require the PIRANHA to pass
a series of static grounding suitability tests including
clamp pressure testing, pull resistance testing, vibration testing and electrical continuity testing, to ensure
PIRANHAs are capable of making repeated and reliable
connections to plant equipment, like cans, barrels, totes
and vessels, that can be electrified by static electricity.

External Lubrication System for Tablet
A unique external lubrication system that
sprays dry lubricant
tablet press punch
tips and die walls,
a consistent, validat-able amount of dry
lubricant onto the
tablet’s outer surface
over time. Excess lubricant is eliminated by vacuum suction
on the side of the spray nozzle, then collected in a double bag
discharge system. PharmaSpray helps reduce the amount of dry
lubricant in the compression blend while applying an optimized
amount of lubricant to the upper punch face, die wall and lower
punch face. Since excess lubricant is directly sucked away by the
vacuum system, consistent amounts of lubricant can be applied to
tablets throughout a lengthy batch and from one batch to another.
The amount applied can therefore be accurately validated.

Cplus is designed
for the cultivation
of microorganisms and cell cultures. Typical
fields of application include process develop-
ment for the production of biopharmaceutics,
vaccines, biofuels and secondary metabolites,
the optimization of batch, fed-batch, continuous
and perfusion processes as well as scale-up and
scale-down experiments. The Sterilizable-In-Place
(SIP) system is equipped with a DCU controller
and a number of compelling added functions like
gravimetric feed control, advanced DO controller
and integrated off-gas measurement. The culture
vessels are supplied with operating volumes of 5,
10, 15, 20 and 30 liters.

The SaniSep™ Plus Separator insures manufacturers the most sanitary separation possible. The SaniSep Plus is engineered for use in pharmaceutical, food,
dairy and other cross-contaminant, sensitive applications. With a crevice-free
interior and streamlined exterior, the SaniSep Plus is designed and manufactured to CGMP standards and meets the requirements of 3A, USDA, ASTM
and FDA applications. The SaniSep Plus “No-Gap” design prevents product
from getting trapped between the frame and the edge of the screen. When the
product gets trapped, build-up occurs, contributing to contamination and other
unsanitary conditions. The screen ring is designed to be outside the separation chamber, yielding a crevice-free interior.
Constructed of polished stainless steel, the
SaniSep Plus’s Vortex Frame allows for
the minimization of product build-up with
flush connections, radius corner spouts,
and continuous seam welds while enabling
virtually complete product discharge. SaniSep
Plus units are available in 24", 30" 40" and 48"
sanitary base and low profile designs.
